CTSTL presents SPNSTL: A Supernatural LARP Event
Join us for a Supernatural themed murder mystery dinner on October 19th, 2013 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM at the Seven Gables Inn (Clayton, MO).
Registration is $41.50 until September 30th, at which point it will go to the at-door price of $56.95. Ticket price includes a catered dinner and covers venue rental fees, DJ/effects costs, and monetary donations to CAMA’s Helping Hands Ministry and Misha Collins’ charity, Random Acts.
A cast of canon characters will NPC for the evening and perform a skit in three acts. Between skits, attendees will interact with the characters to defeat the Monster of the Week. Teams will accrue points, and the winners of the evening will receive a copy of Supernatural: Season 8 as well as other SPN-themed prizes.
As always, food and hygiene donations will be accepted. The suggested items for this event are SPN-themed, as well: pie filling, hamburger helper, Suddenly Salad, etc. Also suggested are cake/cookie mix, frosting/icing, peanut butter and jelly, stuffing, and boxed potatoes (scalloped, au gratin, etc.) but all non-perishable food and/or hygiene items will be accepted.
Due to the content of the show, we ask that all attendees are at least 13 years of age, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Chaperones may attend free, but must pay for their food cost.
Register here. We look forward to seeing you there!
I’ve put you in the unorganized page for now to get hype up. Once you have a meet up going we can put the info into the meet-ups page.
We haven’t heard anything, but if anyone is interested, let us know!
Hello! Here on Lakecountystuck, we’d like to be able to pull together the Homestucks who live in Lake County. With your help, we plan on having many a meet-ups. A Can Town project will be taking place at the Homestuck Meetup on Friday, August 2 at 5pm at the Erlanger branch of the Kenton County Public Library.
When: Friday, August 2 from 5-7pm
Where: Erlanger Branch Library, 401 Kenton Lands Rd, Erlanger, KY
What: Cosplay, crafts, can town, shenanigans!
Who: Contact email@example.com or go to www.facebook.com/kcplteens for more information
Can Town: we will be accepting donations of canned goods to build a lovely Can Town, and then donating them to the local St. Vincent de Paul.
I’m sure you’ve heard of the Can Town Project, yes? For those of you who reside under rocks, the Can Town Project is this awesome thing where Homestucks meet up- at cons, at meets, w/e, and bring their cans and other non-expired, non-perishable food items to make their own Can Town. They take a picture, then deliver the spoils to local foodbanks.
Sounds fun, right? I thought so too!
Which is why I’d like to set up a meet.
I want at least 15 people to respond saying that they will participate before I tell the admin of the Can Town Project blog.*
Come on Homestucks! Together we can feed those who need it!
Dave endorses charity. Look at that fine piece of ass.
*edit: I’ve decided to tell the Can Town Project admins in the hope that they will advertise.
I’ve submitted “Become the mayor of Can Town” as an event to the Animinneapolis god peoples. Hopefully they deign to look down upon this mortal peon and bless me with their noble acceptance.
You got it.
