The Can Town Project • So my friends and I wanted to do a Homestuck meet and do a Can Town collection. What kind of steps should we take to do this? And is there a site to find out where our nearest food bank is?

Depending on where your doing your Can Town it can easier or more difficult. If you are doing it at a park or someone’s house for example then its easier. If you are doing it at a Con though, then you need to email the con and ask for permission to use their space.

For both of these options, the next step is to advertise. Send us something to put up on here and the facebook page. If you have a group for your city then also put it up there. Also week before and day before reminders are good too.

I don’t know if there is a site that will find a food bank in your area but you should be able to google “-Town name- food bank” and find one.
